Each image is shot on film and immersed in seawater from the very location it was shot, allowing the water to evaporate, and leaving a distinct, crystalline salt structure on the surface. These images are shot, processed, crystalized, and scanned by Daniel Holden, an Edinburgh-based photographer and artist whose work has been exhibited throughout the UK.
